Prairie Med-Solution has contract with Alberta Health Services and is provides health care services across Alberta.
Medical surgical, Acute care, Emergency , Obstetrics, Home care, and Long term care.
You are required to have a minimum of 2 years Canadian experience, as a travel nurse your services are usually required during staffing shortage, you are expected to start work as soon as you start with orientation to the site.
Hourly rates varies with years of experience, and area of assignment:
RN $90-120 per hour , LPN $45-65 per hour, HCA $30-35 per hour .
Overtime pay is time and half of base pay after 88 hours of work in 2 weeks.
Per Diem is paid with assignment according to location.
Free accommodation is provided during assignments.
Car rentals are based on location of assignment.
Yes, the nurse will be responsible for additional cost for family over assignment.
This depends on the location and availability of pet friendly accommodations during assignments.
